FirstNet is the broadband network created for first responders by AT&T and funded by the U.S. 9/11 Commission. Originally developed by Landor Associates, these guidelines were updated in order to better leverage the AT&T brand.

The discovery process for this initiative included competitive research and interviews with executive stakeholders from consumer, business, cybersecurity, sponsorships, events, and HR teams. These principles were then introduced to 50K+ members through the AT&T Brand Center portal.
Brand Audit | Hilton Worldwide
In 2016, Hilton Worldwide prepared its written submission for the competition, Fortune’s 100 Best Places to Work For. With 12 hotel brands around the world, this effort took 6 months of research, answered 17 questions, generated a submission of 100,000+ words, and led to the company’s first ever inclusion on Fortune’s list.
